Mardi 25 octobre : 14h00 à 16h00 (Dès la ceinture blanche)
Mercredi 26 octobre : 10h30 à 12h00 (Dès la ceinture blanche)
Nota: Les parents ne sont pas admis aux cours mais conseillés pour la remise des récompenses 10mn avant la fin du cours (mercredi 26/10 à 11h50). Merci…

PROGRAMME : KATA / COMBAT (prévoir des protections pieds & poings)
